Our Story

In 2014 NHS Confederation were having difficulty finding conference venues and meeting rooms in the north of England on par with London. Fed up with dingy spaces with no natural daylight, weak coffee, tired deco, poor WiFi and, worse of all, wonky projectors balanced on top of a piles of coasters, enough was enough!

When the 3rd floor of Brewery Wharf in central Leeds became available, Megan McBrairdy and Tracey Gibson saw an opportunity too good to miss. After extensive research about what people really want from a modern conference and meeting space, Megan and Tracy set about creating a light, bright event space, focused on state-of-the-art, integrated technology, knowledgeable support and amazing coffee!

Since launch, we have welcomed a wide variety of fantastic companies through our doors, employed an amazing bunch of dedicated event staff, introduced virtual and hybrid events in support of our clients changing needs and won numerous awards for our facilities and service led approach. Plus, part of the NHS Confederation, all our profits are fed back to support patient care around the UK.

Our excellent facilities, alongside our knowledgeable and dedicated event planners, have earned us an enviable reputation for helping clients host their perfect event. Whatever your vision, our team is here to make the planning process as smooth as possible, resulting in a fully accessible event that will be sure to be remembered.
