Create@ is our largest and most versatile event space. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire length of the room create a light and airy feel, a million miles away from the usual conference suite.

It doesn’t take much to see why Create@ is one of our most popular spaces, especially for large conferences and training events.

Flexible, pillar-free and spacious, offering plenty of scope to create the perfect event, with a capacity of up to 150 delegates in cabaret style or 200 in theatre style, everyone can enjoy the day in comfort in this light and airy room. With over 70 power sockets and high-quality integrated ceiling speakers, Create@ works perfectly for conferences or small-to- medium exhibitions.

Create@ is Horizon Leeds’ largest and most versatile space. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire length of the back wall create a light and airy room that feels a million miles away from a standard conference suite. This vibrant meeting space can also be lit up in your brand colours, creating the perfect conference atmosphere.

As with the whole of Horizon Leeds, Create@ is bursting with the latest AV, with three projectors and large electrically operated screens. Presenters have the option to display the same content or display two separate content streams at any one time, all from the touchscreen panel on the wall.

Exclusive conferences: delegates can comfortably enjoy the space, 200 in a theatre set up, 150 in cabaret or 72 in classroom on our supportive long sit chairs. Bottomless filtered sparkling and still water ensures everyone stays hydrated throughout the day, all of which comes as standard, along with the 3x 4k projectors, a PA system and lectern with goose neck microphone.

Plenary sessions: Create@ is the perfect space for plenary sessions. Combined with the option of handy syndicate rooms and a bright open networking space running alongside, it makes for a great exclusive use.

Tabletop exhibitions work well, with a capacity for up to 36 tabletops and over 70 plug sockets, it’s a flexible and attractive space to showcase your services, facilities, and products.

Award ceremonies and dinners: expert hosts we welcome evening dining and award ceremonies. Comfortably seating up to 140 delegates and with a blank canvas to theme as you like, we are able to cater the event with some truly mouth-watering, locally sourced menus.  Truly a central Leeds venue option not to be overlooked!
