Inspire@ is a bright and welcoming training and meeting room offering delegates a vibrant, comfortable and flexible space.

When you think of training sessions and workshops, what comes to mind? Everyone huddled round a flip chart, or small tables looking at print outs, crammed into a drab room with crazy carpets, fluorescent lighting, and no windows? Punctuated by a beige-heavy buffet followed by a seeming endless afternoon? Not at Horizon Leeds, we’re here to engage and inspire.

“Fantastic”, “Dynamic”, “Highly suitable”, all words used to describe Inspire@ and it’s not hard to see why. Our vibrant meeting room stimulates the senses with its motivational, mood boosting bright orange walls. It’s no wonder that it’s been used for training sessions, interactive workshops, and creative sessions, as well as educational seminars and key board meetings.

Suggestions for Inspire@

 Workshops and training: Inspire@ is regularly filled with plenty of learning and laughter.

Breakfast sessions: fast becoming a firm favourite. Comfortably seating 50 in a theatre layout, Inspire@ space is great for seminars and educational sessions, complete with a tasty selection from our healthy breakfast range and unlimited water, teas and coffees to keep you alert and hydrated for the day ahead.

Breakout space: Inspire@ is a great room for workshops, or parallel sessions running alongside keynote presentations. It’s a great idea to think about interactivity when session planning for this room.

Table top exhibitions: comfortably accommodating six table top stands, this is a great use of the space and a good way to showcase products.

Demonstrations: virtual reality (VR) and product demos are just two creative ways our clients have found work very well in Inspire@. Using the large screen, alongside VR equipment, means an audience can see what someone wearing a VR head set is experiencing. Discover more about VR technology.
